email address, credit card details, where the customer entered our site

provide a personalized shopping experience and to inform you and your
recipients of special offers or discounts, and to process your
membership to the Petals Clubhouse.

reminder service stores your name, email address, and the details of
your previous orders. You can cancel your reminder at any time simply by
clicking on the cancellation link, or by logging into the Petals
Clubhouse.
If you
choose not to receive reminders or promotional material from Grumleys
Gifts, you must select no at the bottom of the order page. If you do not
select no at this time you may be sent promotional material from
Grumleys Gifts. All customers have the opportunity remove themselves
from our mailing list simply by clicking on the remove me link.
Credit card Information:
Credit
card information is the most sensitive information that Grumleys Gifts
collects. Grumleys Gifts uses a Thawte Digital Certificate. This
ensures that all information you send to us via the World Wide Web will
be encrypted. If any other Internet user intercepts the communication
he/she will only be able to see it in an encrypted (garbled) form.
Certificate technology allows us to decrypt the information, and view it
in plain text form.
Once we
have received order and processed your credit card your credit card
details are truncated and are not stored on our servers to ensure your

from unauthorized access, use or disclosure. Worldpay transmits
