How does the Voucher get to the recipient?

For the most convenient and fasted delivery of your Gift Voucher we have designed them to be emailed directly to the recipient. This means if you forget that special occasion such as a birthdays, Mother's Day, Valentine's Day, Father's Day, anniversary, wedding, thank yous, get well, engagements, new babies you can send a Gift Voucher and your recipient will receive it almost instantly! 24/7

If you wanted to post the voucher to the recipient you could enter your own email address in the order form and then print out the voucher and post it to them.

How do you redeem a Grumleys Gift Voucher?

The recipient will choose their product from the Grumleys or Petals website, then contact Grumleys and we will take the order over the phone and arrange delivery accordingly.

Where can Grumleys Gift Vouchers be redeemed?

Grumleys vouchers are valid for redemption for any product displayed on the Grumleys or Petals Network Websites. Gift certificates can exchanged for product displayed on the Petals or Grumleys websites at the time of redemption.  Some restrictions on product range may apply from time to time.  Legal restrictions on the purchase may apply to some products e.g alcohol.

Terms and conditions of use

1. Gift certificates and unused portions of gift certificates should be spent within 6 months from the date of issuance, which is the "expiry date" included on the gift certificate.  Expiration dates may apply differently where they are regulated by state law.

2. Gift certificates must be redeemed for product displayed on the Petals or Grumleys websites at the time of redemption.  Some restrictions on product range may apply from time to time.  Legal restrictions on the purchase may apply to some products e.g alcohol.

3. Gift certificates cannot be used to purchase other gift certificates or gift cards.

4. Gift certificates can not be sold or transferred to other parties.  Petals will redeem a certificate when the correct particulars are supplied to us.  We have no liability if an unauthorised party redeems the certificate.

5. Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a cash refund, except to the extent required by law.

6. Any unused balance will be placed in the recipient's gift certificate account and is not transferable. The original expiration date will apply to any unused balance.

7. If your order exceeds the amount of your gift certificate, you must pay for the balance with a credit card.

8. Gift certificates and their use on our websites are subject to our general Conditions of Use and Privacy Notice. Certificates are emailed to the address provided by the sender and Petals responsibility is limited to delivery to that address.  Note that other parties may have access to the delivery email account.

9. The risk of loss and title for gift certificates pass to the purchaser upon our electronic transmission to the recipient or delivery to the carrier, whichever is applicable. 10. Petals will have the right to close customer accounts and request alternative forms of payment if a fraudulently obtained gift certificate is either redeemed or is redeemed and used to make purchases with Petals or Grumleys.

11. Petals / Grumleys may provide gift certificate purchasers with information about the redemption status of gift certificates.

12. Petals is based in NSW Australia. By using our service you agree that the law of NSW will govern, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, these gift certificate terms and conditions.  Any dispute relating in any way to Petals gift certificates shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in NSW by a mutually acceptable arbitrator.

13. Petals reserves the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time at its discretion.

14. All terms and conditions are applicable to the extent permitted by law.

15. Goods other than flowers can be delivered only in Australia.  Flowers can be delivered to many countries as advised on the Petals website.

16. Petals Network Pty Limited, ("Petals") its subsidiaries AND ITS AFFILIATES MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO GIFT CERTIFICATES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN THE EVENT A GIFT CERTIFICATE CODE IS NON-FUNCTIONAL, YOUR SOLE REMEDY, AND OUR SOLE LIABILITY, SHALL BE THE REPLACEMENT OF SUCH GIFT CERTIFICATE. WHERE CERTAIN STATE LAWS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES. IF THESE LAWS APPLY TO YOU, SOME OR ALL OF THE ABOVE DISCLAIMERS, EXCLUSIONS, OR LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU, AND YOU MIGHT HAVE ADDITIONAL RIGHTS.
