General delivery information

All gifts will be delivered to the gift recipients address as provided by you. If we are given an incorrect address and we need to re-deliver the gift to a different address, an additional delivery charge will apply. If the recipient is not home, and there is nowhere deemed safe to leave the gift, it will be taken to the courier depot/florist and a card will be left for the recipient asking them to arrange to collect the package.

Orders for Gift products are processed Monday to Friday. Orders received over the weekend will be processed on Monday. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday. No deliveries are made on weekends or public holidays. Specific delivery times can not be guaranteed.

Flower orders are processed Monday to Saturday. Orders received after 2pm Mon-Fri and after 10am Saturday are not guaranteed for same day delivery. We are unable to guarantee same day delivery to Restricted and remote area's. Deliveries on Sundays and public holidays are generally not available. Specific delivery times can not be guaranteed.
