Important Delivery Information
This item is available for next day delivery to most of Australia. Orders should be placed by 10am. Orders received after 10am will be dispatched the following business day. Gifts available for next day delivery can be made to PO Boxes, or residential or businesses addresses. This product travels with a specific courier which charges a re-delivery fee if the recipient is not able to sign for their product. If you do not authorise for your gift to be left without a signature in your order you may be charged a re-delivery fee of $6.20. Next day delivery is guaranteed in Adelaide for orders placed by 4pm the day prior. Orders are processed Monday- Friday orders received outside this time will be processed on the next business day Deliveries are not made on weekends or public holidays. This item can not be customised or added to in anyway if you require flowers to be delivered please make a separate order.

General delivery information
All gifts will be delivered to the gift recipients address
as provided by you. If we are given an incorrect address
and we need to re-deliver the gift to a different address,
an additional delivery charge will apply. If the recipient
is not home, and there is nowhere deemed safe to leave the
gift, it will be taken to the courier depot/florist and
a card will be left for the recipient asking them to arrange
to collect the package.
Orders for Gift products are processed Monday to Friday.
Orders received over the weekend will be processed on Monday.
Deliveries are made Monday to Friday. No deliveries are
made on weekends or public holidays. Specific delivery times
can not be guaranteed.
Flower orders are processed Monday to Saturday. Orders received
after 2pm Mon-Fri and after 10am Saturday are not guaranteed
for same day delivery. We are unable to guarantee same day
delivery to Restricted and remote area's. Deliveries on
Sundays and public holidays are generally not available.
