Important Delivery Information
This item is available for delivery in SYDNEY METRO same day if received before 10.30am on the day of delivery. Orders received after 10.30am will arrive next business day in the afternoon. Capital cities are 1-3 days delivery. Delivery to rest of NSW, Victoria, and Queensland take 1-3 days. For orders to Western Australia, Nothern territory and Tasmania please allow 3-9 days for delivery.Specific delivery dates cannot be guaranteed for rural or regional deliveries. Orders are processed Monday- Friday orders received outside this time will be processed on the next business day Deliveries are not made on weekends or public holidays. This item can not be customised or added to in anyway if you require flowers to be delivered please make a separate order.

General delivery information
All gifts will be delivered to the gift recipients address
as provided by you. If we are given an incorrect address
and we need to re-deliver the gift to a different address,
an additional delivery charge will apply. If the recipient
is not home, and there is nowhere deemed safe to leave the
gift, it will be taken to the courier depot/florist and
a card will be left for the recipient asking them to arrange
to collect the package.
Orders for Gift products are processed Monday to Friday.
Orders received over the weekend will be processed on Monday.
Deliveries are made Monday to Friday. No deliveries are
made on weekends or public holidays. Specific delivery times
can not be guaranteed.
Flower orders are processed Monday to Saturday. Orders received
after 2pm Mon-Fri and after 10am Saturday are not guaranteed
for same day delivery. We are unable to guarantee same day
delivery to Restricted and remote area's. Deliveries on
Sundays and public holidays are generally not available.
